I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to all new clients. It is important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor and this is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

​​Individuals: $135.00 per 55 minute session (includes GST)

Couples: $150.00 per 55 minute session (includes GST)

Group Counselling: TBA

Outreach  Counselling is available for clients wanting a familiar or neutral  environment and those with mobility or health issues, please inquire for rates.

Online  Counselling, Video Counselling, and Phone Counselling are also available for those residing in remote or rural areas, or for those with busy schedules.

​Please note: I have a sliding rate scale available for students and those experiencing financial hardship.  Some extended health care plans have  coverage for Registered Clinical Counselling, please check with your  provider.
