I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to all new clients. It is important you feel comfortable with your counsellor and this is an opportunity to ask any questions or concerns.

​​Individuals: $135.00 per 55 minute session (includes GST)

Couples: $150.00 per 55 minute session (includes GST)

Group Counselling: TBA

Outreach  Counselling is available for clients wanting a familiar or neutral  environment and those with mobility or health issues.

Both video and phone call sessions are available. 

​Please note: There is a sliding rate available for students and those experiencing financial hardship.  Some extended health care plans have coverage for Registered Clinical Counselling. Please check with your  provider.

Methods of payment include cash, personal cheque, or Etransfer.
